Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Carbongevity currently offers certain products for pre-order. We do not currently offer subscription purchases or "Try Before You Buy" programs.

This policy explains how pre-orders may be canceled.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Carbongevity may make products available for pre-order before they are in stock or available for immediate shipment.

By placing a pre-order, you reserve your place in line to receive the product once it becomes available.

Depending on the product, we may:

charge the full purchase price at checkout;
collect a partial deposit and charge the remaining balance prior to shipment; or
authorize your payment method and collect payment when your order is ready to ship.

The applicable payment terms will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been processed for shipment.

Email address

If your cancellation request is received before processing begins, any payment collected will be refunded to your original payment method.

After Shipment

Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.

However, once you receive your order, it will be covered by Carbongevity's 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy.

Changes to Estimated Shipping Dates

Estimated shipping dates are provided as good-faith estimates only.

Manufacturing schedules, regulatory requirements, supply chain conditions, quality control procedures, and other circumstances may affect product availability.

Carbongevity reserves the right to modify estimated shipping dates at any time.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers using the contact information provided with the order.
