Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We will communicate any significant delays by email.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Carbongevity is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Carbongevity is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
Carbongevity is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbours or building management
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Reaching out to us at [your support email] if the issue remains unresolved
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Carbongevity is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at [your support email] and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
