Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel completely confident trying Carbongevity products.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you with a return and refund.

Even if you've finished the bottle, you're still eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee. We simply ask that you return the bottle (including empty bottles) so we can verify the purchase and help protect against fraud.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

Your order number
The name used to place the order
The reason for your return
Photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your bottle.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in the quality of our products and want you to have the opportunity to experience them yourself.

If the product isn't right for you, you may return:

unopened bottles;
partially used bottles; or
empty bottles

within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive the returned bottle, we'll process your refund in accordance with this policy.

This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through Carbongevity's website.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@carbongevity.com.

Whenever possible, please include photographs of:

the shipping box;
the shipping label; and
the product received.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned bottle, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Most refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval, although your financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@carbongevity.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have additional cancellation and return rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights provided under applicable law.

Abuse of the Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to allow customers to try Carbongevity products with confidence.

To protect all customers, Carbongevity reserves the right to refuse refunds where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused, including repeated refund requests, fraudulent activity, or other misuse of the program.
